How do I install software onto my laptop without a CD ROM?

Thank author of this post/commentI recently purchased the Lenovo U350. This laptop does not come with a CD ROM. I want to install Microsot Office 2007 onto it but I have it on a disc. Is there a way to install it? What are my options? I have a desktop also if that will help. HELP PLEASE!! Also: I do not have an external CD ROM and honestly do not want to purchase one.
